Allergen Information
Allergen ingredients information for the products we sell is available in the Shop via our easy to read ‘Allergen Identity Tables’.
These tables identify any of the 14 common food allergen ingredients that are present in the food recipe. These are:
- Celery
- Cereals containing gluten
- Crustaceans
- Eggs
- Fish
- Lupin
- Milk
- Molluscs
- Mustard
- Nuts
- Peanuts
- Sesame seeds
- Soya
- Sulphar dioxide
These do not declare where unintentional traces could be present.
Our production areas however handle many of the 14 common allergen ingredients and despite all reasonable precautions being taken to prevent cross-contamination there may be un-avoidable traces of allergen ingredients present in any product.
