At Beaumont’s Butchers we also use locally farmed free range pork from Blythburgh, in order to produce our own hams. These hams won an award at the East Anglian Ham Championships and were highly commended at the same competition.
We also produce a variety of other cooked meats including beef and turkey.
Our deli has a superb range of English and continental cheeses including organic brie quiches and family products.
A selection of Italian olives including olives stuffed with anchovies, sun-dried tomato, garlic, almond and many more diverse combinations.
We also have crayfish tails in a sweet chilli, escalopes with juniper berries and also sun-blushed tomatoes.
In addition to all this, our deli features hand raised pork for our amazing traditional pork pies and pasties; our hand made Fulbourn Pork Sausage rolls, which are absolutely superb; hand-made apple pies lavished with a rich Jersey cream, simply irresistible!
You will also see our own special cured Free Range pork gammons, cooked here at Beaumont’s Butchers. These can provide slices or joints of our award winning hams.
What about Michael’s own beef cooked just right and ready to slice and joint, Haslet, Free Range turkey breast, cooked tongue, corned beef, pepper salami, seriano and pastrami. Irresistible!
