Our hog roasts are designed and built by us to hold and cook up to two pigs at a time.
We have a range of options starting with the standard hog roast which is served with a white roll, stuffing and apple sauce, going up to the Grand Beaumont Hog Roast which comes with all of the above plus an award winning sausage and a variety of freshly made salads including green salad, coleslaw, potato salad, pasta salad and rice salad.
Note: Our hog roasts only cook Free Range pigs.

Nothing quite compares to the site of a traditional roasted pig cooking slowly on a hog roaster and with Michael's pigs selected from local farms, you know it is going to taste every bit as good as it looks!
You can also request your roast to be either lamb, beef or venison.
The Hog Roast is available either as the Hog Box, the Hog Roast Special or the Grand Hog Roast.
All of these can be served with a selection of fine wines from around the world.
The Hog Box
The hog is collected by you ready to be served piping hot from a fully insulated box that will maintain its temperature for several hours, giving you the flexibility to serve when required.
Each hog will serve a generous 100 portions or up to 200 smaller portions.
The Hog Roast Special
Not only is your hog delivered in its own roaster, but a hog roast team will accompany it to take the strain of serving your guests.
The hog is served in a white roll with apple sauce, sage and onion stuffing.
The Grand Hog Roast
For the ultimate in stress free entertainment, choose the Grand Hog Roast option.
The hog roast is brought to your venue with the hog roast team.
The hog is served in a white roll with apple sauce, sage & onion stuffing, our own Fulbourn pork sausage and a choice of fresh salads.

Before joining Michael Beaumont in the shop, son James was a fully qualified welder fabricator for over 14 years. After working in the shop he saw a need for a foolproof roaster, which would be uniquely capable of cooking two whole pigs and easily transportable.
The Hog Roaster is fully lined with quality stainless steel to ease the cleaning. It is very easy to manouevre as it is built into a trailer, which can be pulled directly behind most vehicles.
With our roasting system there is no need to spend hours wiring or pinning up the pig which normally results in the meat falling to pieces.
The roaster will cook two pigs of up to 150lbs under eight hours. It has full fire insulation that will keep it hot in transit which means the pig can be cooked off site then transported to your event.
Secondly, the insulation means the outside of the roaster does not become as hot, thereby reducing the risk of burns.
We use LPG gas supply. All the connections are supplied and ready to use.
It is self-sufficient therefore does not require electricity in any way.
