Buffet Lunches

From simple starters to the most elegant spreads

Buffet Meals can be provided that are offered in a wide range of meals from a simple spread of sandwiches up to a full spread of home cured hams, salads, rolls sandwiches and a host of other freshly prepared food.

We also provide all other accessories needed including tables, tablecloths and the plates, knives and forks and a full wine licence so you have nothing else to do but relax and enjoy the food.

Whether you need corporate catering, planning a private party or preparing for that once in a lifetime wedding, Michael's catering service is sure to offer a package to suit your tastes and pocket.

Menus can be tailor made so what follows is just a sample of the range available. Please call or contact us to discuss your individual requirements.

Choose from an extensive range of home cooked meats or award winning hams; boiled honey roast carved expertly from the bone or pre-sliced.

Perhaps you would prefer succulent turkey breast from locally reared Free Range birds, beef - choose from rib, sirlion of topside; pork - leg, loin or shoulder; chicken - roasted or barbequed, carved from whole bird or in portions; or perhaps poached salmon expertly decorated.

The range of meats can be complimented by Michael's extensive selection of salads, cheeses and wines.

  • 1 slice of ham
  • 1 slice of turkey
  • 1 slice of beef
  • tomato, lettuce and cucumber
  • choice of 2 other salads
  • roll and butter
All served on good quality paper plates with plastic cutlery.

  • Selection of cocktail sandwiches using our own cured ham, beef, cheeses and pickles, etc
  • Selection of crisps, own made cocktail sausages and dips

Option 2

  • Selection of cocktail sandwiches using our own cured ham, beef, cheeses and pickles, etc
  • Hand raised pork pie, sausage rolls, mini quiches, own made cocktail sausages with dips
  • Selection of crisps

Option 3

  • A slice of our own beef, ham and turkey displayed on platters, green salad, plus pasta salad and potato salad, knot rolls and butter

These are sample menus only. We can also do dressed salmon and/or cray fish tails in sweet chilli sauce.
