The complete outside catering solution
On the catering side we offer a complete service for outside catering and can provide any combination of meals from our range including buffet, barbeque and hog roast all with served with a variety of freshly made salads.
We offer a full barbeque service with locally farmed meats, our own award winning sausages, kebabs, pork ribs, and home made burgers.
All this comes with a choice of salads (waldorf salad, green salad, pasta salad, bean salad, rice salad, potato salad and coleslaw) and a choice of marinades ( chinese, tandoori, mexican, lemon pepper, cajun, thai, lemon and ginger and hot and spicy) and finished off with a buttered roll.
And lastly but not least having a full wine licence we can provide the drinks to go with your barbeque.
Our East Anglian steak burger winner is a great way to celebrate a perfect BBQ, made from Michael's prime-quality 100% beef.
What We Offer
Choose from a wide range of the very highest quality, locally farmed meats expertly barequed to your requirements.
Award winning sausages include the Fulbourn Sausage, Pork and Chive, Pork and Leek, Pork and Sundried Tomato and Pork and Marmalade.
We can even cater for special dietary requirements; these include gluten-free sausages, burgers and meat for low-fat diets.
Burgers do not need to be limited to just beef. We also make lamb and mint, pork and apple, venison and turkey.
Succulent chicken joints can be basted in a marinade of your choice. These include tandoori, chinese, cajun, lemon, coriander and mexican to name but a few.
Steaks can be rump, sirloin, rib-eye or fillet cooked the way you like them. These are all from our own reared Wilbraham beef hung for at least 21 days.
In addition to this, we have pork and lamb steaks which barbeque excellently.
Kebabs are available in either meat or vegetable variants, kofta kebabs or simply marinated meat.
Perhaps you'd prefer tasty pork ribs marinated in chinese, sweet and sour or barbeque sauces?
All of these can be complimented with an extensive range of salads including potato salad, coleslaw, Italian pasta salad, Waldorf salad, green salad or tomato and mozzarella with balsamic vinegar.
All barbeque menus are designed according to your requirements and the needs of the function.
